In partnership with Eurosae, Consulting Vinci organized a Think tank dedicated to Lean Engineering with the participation of international experts. For the first time, specialists spoke of their experiences not only in Europe but also in the United States.
More than about sixty R&D and Engineering managers were present in Paris and Toulouse. Participants could talk with Michael N. Kennedy on real feedback, means of knowledge management, the integration of suppliers in the extended enterprise or the role of collaborative tools (OBEYA, A3) in a Lean approach.
