the year as well as a team building week-end once a

path
Vinci Consulting is a human-sized structure promoting
values such as team spirit, close to clients, added
value and innovation.
Vinci Consulting is structured in teams of 5 to 10 consultants.
The consultant career path includes several steps, each
of them bringing more responsibilities and expectations,
from Junior consultant to Confirmed, Senior Consultant
and finally Manager and Senior Manager.
Every team is managed by a Senior Manager, and every
newcomer is looked after by another member of the team
throughout his integration period.
Evolution within the company is based upon an Individual
Development Plan which is revised every 6 months. It
sets the consultant’s annual objectives, focusing
both on supporting company development and on self-fulfillment
for the consultant.
