Vinci Consulting participated in the International PLM Seminar in Sao Paulo, Brazil, on September 22nd and 23rd

Mundo PM, the main South-American Project Management review, has organized on September 22nd and 23rd an international seminar about Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). Denis Debaecker, Vinci Consulting partner, participated in this seminar in partnership as international PLM expert. He gave two conferences on “Managing a PLM Project – Approach and Lessons Learnt” and “Lean Engineering and PLM – specificities and complementarity”.

During this seminar, the lecturers gave interesting point of view about PLM eco-system, presented different aspects such as academic researches, PLM software, and several illustrations of success stories and case studies of PLM initiatives in the Brazilian industry.

"Controlling data exchanges is a condition for an efficient work process. In order to be competitive the extended company has to be reactive facing the market, and consequently, be able to accelerate R&D cycles and reduce design costs".

Vinci Consulting is proposing an inter enterprise training on Lean Engineering, via the 2010 edition of the EUROSAE training catalogue

This training, entitled MAE005 Lean Engineering:  Improve performance of  product development process, is dedicated to Lean Program managers, Engineering Center managers and Process & Methods managers who have a good view on overall processes of the company, and who are willing to:
