Vinci Consulting is organized in teams of 5 to 10 consultants ; the career path of a consultant whitin the team takes several steps which correspond to increasing responsibility and mutual expectations :

Each team is managed by a Senior Manager and each new consultant is guided along by an assigned referral throughout the integration period.

Progress within the team and the company follows the pattern of an Individual Development Plan which is reviewed periodically. This Plan sets up common yearly objectives relating to the company growth and the consultant's expectations.
