« With the creation of RTE [NB : spin-off from EDF], IT teams from its origins joined in. Since IT is of strategic importance for RTE, the IT Department decided to launch a Knowledge Management approach to IT Business, gathering and diffusing IT best practices using ISO CMMi as a reference base.
Vinci Consulting teams helped us analyse accurately our needs, establish a communicative intranet IT tool for the project and are still helping us in the facilitation and communication side of this IT System of Reference. It has even been the base with our  ISO9001:2000 certification of the IT Department, where Vinci Consulting successfully assisted us again. »
