Results « With the creation of RTE [NB : spin-off from EDF], IT teams from its origins joined in. Since IT is of strategic importance for RTE, the IT Department decided to launch a Knowledge Management approach to IT Business, gathering and diffusing IT best practices using ISO CMMi as a reference base. Vinci Consulting teams helped us analyse accurately our needs, establish a communicative intranet IT tool for the project and are still helping us in the facilitation and communication side of this IT System of Reference.
