Quality Management and Managing through Quality

The first objective results in the roll-out of a quality management system fully compliant with ISO 9001 version 2000.

Accordingly, Vinci Consulting is a company thoroughly managed through a process repository :

Clients are systematically surveyed at the end of our projects and their comments are entirely taken into account for the continuous improvement of our quality system.

The quality management system is regularly audited and certified by the independant agency AFAQ, (Association Francaise d'Assurance Qualité).

Consultant Competence Label

The second objective results in a strong emphasis on rigorous competence management throughout the company and tuning the processes accordingly. Vinci Consulting commited itself to the voluntary approach recommended by Syntec Conseil en Management, our business syndicate. The syndicate certified Vinci Consulting with the "Competence Label" according the following principles (abstract) :

1. Each consultancy firm is responsible for the management of its competence system.
2. Syntec Management proposes guidelines for its members to adopt and monitor their own system. The framework defines a coherent and incentive reference for the consultancy business.
3. The competence management system is jointly defined and monitored by the management team, the consultants and their representative bodies.
4. The competence management system is accessible to all clients if they wish.
5. The consultant competence level is certified by a label accorded by the consultancy company on behalf of Syntec Management.
6. The authority of the consultancy company to accord the Syntec Label is given under control of an alternate independant party acting on behalf of Syntec Management.

This above set of principles is bound to provide clients with a sufficient guarantee regarding the competence of our consultants.
