The Vinci Lab

The Lab responsability is to develop methodologies and tools to respond to the most recurrent issues our clients and consultants face. It looks for State of the Art means and explores new paths that open thanks to new technologies on all matters concerning the management of technologies and innovation. The Lab is therefore naturally the best organizational body to manage our internal Knowledge Management system.

At the present time, methodologies or tools developed and ground in the lab include :

• a semantic web approach to Data Management
• 3D viewing in a collaborative extended enterprise design process
• dedicated works on inter-disciplinarity design, esp. mechatronics
