Project Management through Deliverables is a key to the effectiveness of the design and development of new products. Its impact is measured in average reductions in the following topics :

  • 10% of Development Costs,
  • 20% of Development Cycle Time,
  • 30% of Engineering Change Requests (ECR) instruction Cycle Time,
  • 40% of ECR total number
