Vinci Consulting is a completely independent consulting firm, and employs 40 consultants from high level engineering curriculums. The company has grown steadily since its creation in 1992 and had a turnover of 6 M € in 2011.

We originally focused on engineering and development processes performance, with a recognized expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Lean Engineering. We have recently extended our consulting capabilities to operations performance, with strong skills in supply chain. Our customers, some of which have trusted us for over ten years, come from all industries. We offer them aid and expertise in the improvement of their manufacturing performance, especially by reducing their costs and lead times.

Convinced that our added value lies in our ability to provide innovative solutions to our clients, we dedicate significant resources to exploring new concepts and technologies through the “Vinci Lab”. Michel started his career as a design engineer and project manager for Schlumberger Industries, and went on to become senior consultant and manager for Accenture. He created Vinci Consulting in 1992. Since then he has led numerous strategic alignment and performance improvement missions. He is the author of ‘La gestion des données techniques – technologie du concurrent engineering’ (Technical data management – the technology of concurrent engineering), published by Masson.
Denis DEBAECKER-Partner

Denis has 25 years of experience in Product Lifecycle Management, 10 of which were acquired working for Dassault Systèmes, and then for PEA Consulting (Consulting branch of the Areva Group), where he was Director of the PLM Business Line. He is now Partner and Practice Manager for Vinci Consulting. He has written « PLM, la gestion collaborative du cycle de vie des produits » (PLM, Collaborative Product Lifecycle Management), and he is Vice-President of the PLM Lab. He has led numerous PLM projects in the Aerospace, Defense, High tech, Engineering to order, Shipyards, Automotive and Energy sectors.
Olivier FEINGOLD-Partner

Olivier started in the industrial sector (Energy, Electrical equipments) as manufacturing process engineer, quality manager, PLM project manager, then product development project leader. He then joined Vinci Consulting in 2002 and brought his expertise on the management of development processes and information systems, for the Energy, Shipyards and Automotive sectors.
Stéphane GAUTROT-Partner

Stéphane graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and Ensta. He started his career in the DGA (General Directorate for Armament, Ministry of Defense) as a design engineer, then became project manager before starting a first experience in a consulting firm. He then gained operational experience as the Technical Director of a public agency in the Aerospace domain. He strongly contributed to the development of Vinci Consulting’s Lean Engineering offer, in collaboration with our partner Michael N. Kennedy, and is now at the helm for its implementation into medium-sized industrial companies as well as large multinational groups.
Philippe HERRERIAS-Partner

Philippe graduated from SupAéro as an engineer. He started his career in the Aerospace sector for Spot Image in the Middle-East, before joining Vinci Consulting where he developed our activity in the Aerospace and Defense sectors. He has an extensive experience in Product Lifecycle Management, and has notably worked on innovation and value creation in the Customer Services domain.

Claude graduated from the EFREI and IAE. He started as a design engineer, then became industrial methods & tools manager at Thales and Astrium before entering consulting as Director for Deloitte, Cap Gemini and now Vinci Consulting. Claude has a deep knowledge of global transformation projects and a hands-on engineering expertise.
Flavien LAMARQUE-Partner

Flavien joined Vinci Consulting in 2010 as a Partner to support and develop the Vinci Consulting Operations practice. He has 16 years of consulting experience with Ouroumoff, Bossard and PEA Consulting, a subsidiary of the Areva group. With this experience he has acquired a strong expertise in the areas of Supply Chain and Operations competitiveness. Furthermore, he focused on the Energy and Utilities sectors to develop collaboration between Engineering and Operations and improve the overall performance of major projects.
Mikaël PICHAVANT-Partner

Mikaël began his career in 1998 for PEA Consulting. After 3 years of experience in the Design Chain, he specialized in Supply Chain. He manages missions to improve logistic performance and capacity (warehousing, manufacturing and transportation) and to design strategic networks. He can support either Industrial, Retail or e-commerce companies. Mikaël co-founded the Vinci Consulting Operations practice in 2010.
